The word chiropractic comes from the Greek and means "to treat by hand". Chiropractic is a hands-on therapy grounded in science. This approach includes adjustments of the spine as well as treatments for the jaw, the extremities, and the musculature.

People come to our practice with a variety of complaints, including:

• KISS syndrome (kinetic imbalance due to suboccipital strain)
• Complaints in the shoulders, elbows, and wrists

However, it's important to note that musculoskeletal dysfunctions often do not manifest immediate symptoms, making a chiropractic evaluation for preventive measures a wise consideration.

A functional musculoskeletal system is crucial for a child’s healthy development. For this reason, many parents opt for a chiropractic check-up or treatment for their children.

Several of our chiropractors are specialized in treating pregnant women, infants, and young children.

Given the unique stresses athletes face, maintaining an optimal musculoskeletal function is essential to prevent injuries and achieve peak performance. Chiropractic care supports athletes in meeting these objectives.

We have been providing care to athletes from the Lower Saxony Olympic Training Centre and are part of the German Athletics Association's medical team since 2012.

You can schedule appointments by phone or online (for existing patients). We are also available for appointment modifications via WhatsApp. Our aim is to schedule your appointment with minimal waiting time, hence punctuality is greatly appreciated. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.

What are the costs of treatment?
Our fees are based on the Fee Schedule for Alternative Practitioners (GebüH). Most private health insurance plans and governmental aid cover at least a portion of the treatment costs. Mandatory health insurance funds are not obligated to cover these costs. However, some have been contributing to the treatment costs in the last years. Treatment fees generally range from 75.00 € to 120.00 €.

What is the duration of a treatment?
A thorough examination of your musculoskeletal system is a priority, which is why we take approximately 40 minutes for your initial visit. This time includes taking your medical history, possibly reviewing any existing X-rays, CTs, or MRIs, conducting an examination, providing advice, and administering treatment.

How many treatments will I need? 
It is difficult to give a definitive answer as this varies based on numerous factors. However, many patients report significant improvements within the first few sessions.
